Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) headquarters is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the RI&S Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Cash team as a Manager, FP&A (grade P4). This key position will support all aspects of cash forecasting including balance sheet analysis, managing RI&S receipts outlook, providing AOP/LRP recommendations and segment level integration of forecasting processes. The unique positioning of this highly visible role provides the opportunity for interaction with Senior RI&S Finance executive leadership, Strategic Business Unit (SBU) FP&A and Corporate FP&A. The experience gained in the development of the overall strategy of the business is essential to a finance professional’s career growth and will produce a mature understanding of how to craft a message.

The role will be responsible for:

• Reporting daily cash receipts

• Monitor DFAS report for all RIS cage codes

• Work with Enterprise Services to resolve any collection issues or questions

• Manage and report AR/CFR data

• Monthly and Quarterly deliverables to Corp FP&A

• Partnering with the SBU FP&A teams to improve forecast accuracy

• Assist in development of Cash risks and opportunities

• Prepare trend and what-if analysis to help executive decision making

Requirements:

• Typically candidates will have a bachelors degree and 8+ years of applicable experience or an advanced degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate complex information concisely

• Demonstrated analytical & problem-solving skills

• Experience supporting multiple tasks against schedule

• Expert in the use of Microsoft Excel and proficient in the use of other Microsoft Office Products (Word, and PowerPoint)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Ability to form strong cross functional working relationships with local and remote personnel across all disciplines

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Raytheon Technologies systems (Business Warehouse, Analyzer, Rplan, SAP)

• Experience with FP&A in the Aerospace and Defense industry

• Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized

• This position is a Professional/Individual contributor role at grade 4, P4.

• This role will support a Remote work arrangement.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
