Job description

• Maintenance and repair engineers focus on the optimization of equipment, procedures, machineries and infrastructure. Ensure their maximum availability at minimum costs.
• A maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of an organization's facilities.
• Oversees the implementation of new measuring devices and control systems, ensuring devices are correctly installed and properly tested.
• A maintenance manager will have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems to monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
• Troubleshoot to solve unforeseen problems with product design or implementation
• Train and supervise technicians to assist in project completion

Qualification:

• Male
• Bachelor / Master / PhD in Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 5 to 10 years working experience in planning maintenance operations and management role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity.

• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
