Zachary's Pizza in Waterbury has an opening for experienced manager as we continue to grow. We are a high-volume restaurant open since 1982 with a close knit team who laugh a lot together, very established processes and phenomenal food. Dine-in, take-out and delivery. You will not get thrown in day 1, but work with the restaurant's owner and other tenured managers to set you up for success over a 4-week period. The manager is expected to work with and watch the cook's line as needed, and keep an eye on front-of-house (we have an open kitchen), know our POS, and be responsible for either opening / closing depending on scheduled shifts. Very generous compensation package. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of Zachary's for a long time.
