POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

The IMS certification required organisation to implement the standard and compliance with all requirements given i.e ensure implementation of IMS audit for all departments according to yearly audit schedule. The IMS certification is a continuous process, therefore the development of the new standard operational procedure, reviewing the existing procedure, and measurement of customer satisfaction are necessary. As a Management Representative (MR), the IMS certification shall be ensured to be successfully maintained. The Lean project is required to be implemented and monitored for its completeness.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Management Representative for ISO management system.
• Certified as lead auditor in ISO 9001 Quality Management System (“QMS”) or other management systems.
• Provide guidance and training in the ISO management system standard which includes ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 OHSMS, and other Management systems.
• Review the existing Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”), and propose a reengineering or workflow improvement process to UTW.
• Ensure that Internal Audit planned schedule is conducted and established report findings in a timely manner. Provide advice for any nonconformance and guidance to Problem Owner for corrective action.
• Liaise with an external auditor or certification body for IMS certification purposes.
• Ensure that the external audit findings are addressed to the related parties, and correctly answer and reply within a stipulated time frame.
• Manage to perform audits of subcontractors/ vendors, review the audit findings, and disseminate to the Top management.
• Ensure the Management Review meeting is conducted, all review input is sufficiently tabulated and addressed/ presented in the Management Review meeting as spelled out in the ISO standard.
• Master document controller by ensuring a systematic document control is established for the document related to the ISO Management system, such as the master list for SOP, quality manual, controlled copy, etc.
• Ensure the Customer Satisfaction Survey is conducted, and the result is systematically recorded. Provide a survey analysis and recommendation to improve the customer satisfaction ranking.
• Knowledgeable in continuous improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma, initiate an idea, lead continuous improvement projects as well as a teammate with other departments for operating excellent activities.
• Good interpersonal, critical thinking, communication skills and publish leadership.

• Knowledge in Integrated Management systems (IMS) comprises ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, ISO 45001 Occupational Health And Safety Management Systems, Facility Management System ISO 41001, and other Management Systems.
• Computer literate.

• Ability to develop, monitor, and lead the Lean/ Six Sigma project until completed.
• Good interpersonal, critical thinking, communication skills and publish leadership.

Education

EXTERNAL

• Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Civil) / Building Services/ Facility Management or any related field.

Relevant Industries

EXTERNAL

• Degree with CGPA > 3.0 and minimum 3 year relevant experience.
