As a Manufacturing Administrator, you'll be responsible to:

• Issue the Purchase Request for direct and indirect and get the Quotation from SCM Sourcing
• Follow up Daily Attendance from Manufacturing and Oracle Manhour key in correctly
• Follow up Sub-contractor Manhour and Issue PR Request.
• Follow Up the Calbration due Equipment & Tools and Collect & Packing for due Equipemnt &Tool send for calibration
• Perform the close loop with Production for project release date , in order to advance prepared all check list
• Perform the close loop with purchaser for QID parts arrival date ;having on time delivery and zero defect goal in mind.
• Perform log-in of all issues into the issue-tracking-database for Kaizen purpose; having zero defect goal in mind.
• Perform task using correct tools, jigs and instruction. Correct tools refers to calibrated measuring tools and control documents.
• Update training matrix on time
• Perform 5S practice daily at the working area. Upkeep and maintain tools and jig always in good condition.
• Ensure material with clear identification and arrange orderly.
• Ensure to follow safe work procedurs and to use personal protective equipment ( safety boots, ear plug, safety glasses,face mask ) according to safety instruction.
• Execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
  

REQUIREMENTS :

• Experience: 1 years of related experience
• Education: Diploma/Certificate or equivalent experience.
• Ability to use computer for Excel and Work
