• Customer liaison
• Develops, writes, releases and maintains the technical documentations to support production activity and customer or supplier such as Technical Sheet, Bill of Materials (BOM), - - Manufacturing Hours, Work Instruction (WI), ERP (WOR & WOPL), Technical Note (TN), Engineering Work Order (EWO), Engineering Order (EO), Approve Manufacturing Routes (AMR), - Manufacturing plan, Bidding, Interchangeability (ICY) form, Engineering Query Notes (EQN) or Work Query Notes (WQN) etc. where/as applicable to respective program
• Updates all technical documentations as per latest data configuration, drawing, specifications etc.
• Update information in ERP systems such as technical information related to WOR, WOPL, and all list of items and materials used by respective program
• Prepares and maintains the Bill of Material (BOM) as per commercial target
• Ensure the validity and compliance of the product as per product specifications
• Provides technical training related to manufacturing products to subordinates and other department's personnel
• Support Process Engineer in MRB disposition on NCR raised. Involve in root cause investigation, corrective and preventive action to the related area
• Participate in continuous improvement (QIT/ICC/Mini KAIZEN/ESS) activities to achieve the company objectives related to quality, cost and delivery
• Adopts 5S and HMS culture as daily working practices
