What is your mission?
As a Manufacturing Planner in our King of Prussia, PA location you will manage the production schedule by expediting material flow through the supply chain to meet the production floor needs and customer requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with Manufacturing and Operations Management to provide shop floor control on make parts, timely status and preserve schedule. This is a role in which you will gain a lot of exposure with ample room for growth as well as be able to invoke innovation and change.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off

- You will support production of weapon systems, ground support equipment and satellite electronics boxes by expediting and managing material flow in alignment with the production schedule.
Who will you collaborate with?
- You will work with a team of talented planners to oversee activities throughout the facility and assist in the management production schedules and operations.
This position will require the ability to work occasional weekend and shift work

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience (10-11 years of relevant experience with no degree; 6-7 years of relevant experience with an Associates degree)
- Experience with Manufacturing Planning
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work weekend and shift work (rotating on call ~ 4 Saturdays/year)
- Must be a United States of citizen and be able to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Active Security Clearance
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools and systems
- Previous ERP/MRP Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Open Plan
- Excel skills
- Previous experience handling multiple high priority tasks.
- Previous material and inventory management experience
- Previous experience participating in process improvement/innovation activities
- Ability to work independently on highly detailed and focused tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel may required (1 trip/year for ~1 week)
