Job description

-Operate and support the assigned production line to keep the machine running efficiently and to produce parts that meet specifications and according to procedures and engineering drawings. -To perform machine set-up and jig & fixture to ensure a smooth changeover To conduct in-process inspection to ensure the operation stability and quality consistency -Communicate the status of all jobs and issues in production at shift change to affect a continued and smooth workflow. -To check and ensure enough workforce, tools and materials are available to meet production output. Liaise with other departments regarding parts quality, status of production schedule, production planning schedule and tools requirement. -Required to operate high precision Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machines and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
