Job Responsibilities
– Handling reporting to both internally and externally on weekly, monthly and quarterly manner inclusive of adhoc reporting if required
– Coordinate and respond timely to internal and external queries pertaining to operation and accounting matters
– Coordinate the operations on Customs clearance and handling and processing Custom documents
– Responsible to track Maritime jobs & liaise with operation, crew, logistics teams and Custom Department & related government bodies
– Responsible to perform documentation, filing and reports timely and accurate
– Other company finance & HR administrative support related tasks
Job Requirements
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/Transportation, Accounting/Finance/Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
– At least 3 – 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Maritime) is required for this position
– Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-discipline, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
– A self-motivated and confident person who can manage internal and external coordination
– Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
– Must be computer literate and willing to travel
