GPI seeks a Marketing Compliance Coordinator to join its Marketing & Communications team.

The role of compliance coordinator is an individual who works at a high level using independent judgment and minimal supervision. The compliance coordinator will support the company’s marketing efforts by supplying consistent company information to staff to meet client requirements. This information is gathered from multiple sources within the company’s support services, including health & safety, risk management & legal, finance, HR, and IT.

The preferred candidate will have experience completing RFP/RFQs and vendor prequalification packages. AEC industry experience is required.

Contributions You’ll Make

  • Serve as a single point of contact for providing marketing compliance support to GPI’s marketing and business development staff.
  • Effectively communicate and build relationships with marketing and BD staff and respond to submitter inquiries promptly.
  • Complete vendor qualification packages and maintain vendor portal and third-party portal data
  • Maintain supplier compliance data
  • Coordinate with support service leads to gather client requests for information such as health and safety policies, sustainability plans, and EEO documentation.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or communications in the AEC industry
  • Familiarity with IS Networld and Avetta a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and minimizing risk to the company.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and maintain and/or exceed established processing timeframes.
  • Work well with marketing staff and support services teams with reliable results under minimal supervision.
  • Consistently demonstrate an ability to work across other lines of business and/or departments
  • Takes responsibility for errors and applies new knowledge to the next situation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
