Tanggungjawab
- Communication with drivers: on-site and online registration in Maxim mobile app, helping them solve work related issues
- Participation in promotional and branding campaigns outside of the office (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company)
- Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (online / via phone / on-site)
- Service quality tracking.
