Marketing Administrator Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing (automotive industry) research (Responsible for obtaining marketing research such as current trends in niche and needs & desires of consumers.)

• Implement, plan marketing strategies.

• Creating brand images, content and creating a budget for expenses.

• Handle advertising campaign using online ads (Google Business, Website, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, WhatsApp, etc)

• Assist admin with general office management.

• Assist admin dealing with accounting.

• Responsible as social media manager by posting contents on the social media platforms.

Marketing Administrator Requirements

• Posses at least Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of working experience in Marketing field, preferably in digital marketing with media and execution on social media platform.

• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint OR Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently and attention to details.

• At least posses knowledge in automotive industry generally will be added advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication and time management.

• Creative skills and critical thinking.

• Intermediate hand on skill in Canva/Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop will added advantage.

• Intermediate on skill in Photography will be added advantage.

• Posses own laptop.
