Job description

• Complete all master data requests accurately and within the timeframes specified. Analyze work items as needed, and identify and resolve issues with supervision.
• Assist in the evolution/change of systems, transactions, and processes. Preparing and updating process documentation is part of this.
• Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Assist the team leader and team members in activities that improve team effectiveness. This includes assisting newcomers in successfully adjusting to their new role in their stream.
• Ensure compliance with key controls as identified in the documentation.
• Create and compile KPI metrics related to the DMT function at the end of each month and as needed.
• The ability to identify areas for improvement.
• The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• To be in charge of sub-project groups based on the initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
