• Keep the workover Machinery and processing Machinery (electric, air or hydraulic) running in normal condition. Keep workover operation smoothly.
• Strictly perform the PMS rules, complete daily maintenance for equipment and periodically maintain the rig ,make detail records in log book.
• Supervise the workover crew and deck crew to fill in all Machine running and maintaining records.
• Assist to inspect periodically the key parts of equipment, safety system and auto control system.
• Assist to make inspection plan,material plan, examination plan and repair plan.
• Have the specialized subject and theory knowledge of mechanic map, theory, spare parts, metals in general. Hot work basic, processing art, material, mechanics etc.
• Know workover, mud purify, deck Machinery structure, working procedure, function, usage and maintaining. Able to handle and solve the above Machinery breakdowns. Familiar with BOP, accumulator structure, function, usage, maintaining and operation on auto jack-up rig. Able to conclude and handle breakdowns in Machinery and hydraulic systems. Can change the Nitrogen Diaphragm and adjust the accumulator out pressure.
• Familiar with the derrick skidding system: structure, function, working procedure, maintaining and operation. Conclude and solve the breakdown in these systems and hydraulic transmission system.
• Familiar with air or hydraulic workover tools(air spinner, hydraulic casing torque tong, air casing elevator and slips of structure, function, working procedures, usage, maintaining, conclude and handle the these problems.
• Know the equipment of function, technique condition. To make proper maintenance plan. Good conclusion to the equipment breakdowns. Could make inspection measure plan and organize personnel to do rush repair to keep workover operation going on smoothly.
• Have rich knowledge of all oil materials’ usage or management. Know how to change the equipment oil and oil changing periodically. Response to change all Machinery oil.
• Have basic skills of turner and fitter. Use rig workover bench to process some normal spare parts. Able to complete the maintaining jog of rig Machinery and all kinds of tools.
• Have basic skills of welding and quality checks skills to the welder job.
• Know about all fire fighting equipment on boats of functions, working procedures; Could use these facilities. Understand the operation procedures of all kinds of fire preventing facilities.
• Have some offshore lifesaving knowledge; Able to operate life-craft, lifeboat and other life saving facilities. Have inspection and handling problem skill; Familiar with the action procedure of abandonment.
• Understand the Machinery drawing maps. Be able to install/uninstall the Machinery spare parts of tools as per the Machinery drawing picture.
• Understand some simple electric or hydraulic working procedure drawing.
• Able to check and repair some simple instruments. Know how to install these instruments.
• Know the rig skidding procedures. Understand the contents of rig moving.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh grads to 2 years working experiences are welcomed to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
