Job Responsibilities

• As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for design and development of high-quality precision material handling systems that involves the thermal heads.
• You will be working closely with Electrical and Software Engineers to define the requirements for the creation of business solutions.
• You will be responsible for mechanical component selection, tolerance analysis, motion system design, component evaluation, overall system integration, and finally release to manufacturing.
• Completing the mechanical analysis of the characterization/validation and reviewing and communicating the data/results/risks/recommendations in technical reviews.
• Having experience in the semiconductor industry and thermal array mechanical solution would be an advantage.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines with minimum 2 years’ experience in equipment design for Semiconductor/Automation/Solar/Consumer Electronics.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical concepts and problem-solving skills, including knowledge in stack tolerance, Finite Element Analysis.
• Proficiency with solid modeling is a MUST, preference is Solidworks.
• Ability to interact directly with customers and coworkers via face to face, telephone, email, etc... to review and update technical specifications, drawings and/or results.
• Self-motivated individual who is action/results oriented, independent, and flexible, with a passion for developing technical excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
