Job description

Job Purpose:
The role of Mechanical Engineer is to execute maintenance function for all mechanical jobs such as lubrication job , welding and repairing job, mechanical inspection , mechanical troubleshooting job and replacement , installation job.

Duties:
1. Establish detail mechanical maintenance plan, activities, time schedule, work details, cost, required manpower or tools for all activities.
2. Establish clear and concise work procedures for all routine maintenance work.
3. Perform repetitive preventive maintenance function for mechanical equipment.

Skills/Qualifications:
1. At least Bachelor’s degree or Diploma/Advance Diploma Mechanical Engineering and relevant experience.
2. At least 3 years relevant working experiences related to mechanical systems.
3. Heavy industry manufacturing background is a plus.
4. Demonstrated competency in mechanical maintenance of equipment, namely belt conveyors, bag filters, bucket elevators, hydraulics, etc.
5. Practical experience in troubleshooting mechanical failures.
6. Team and field management.
7. Sound maintenance knowledge of lubrication and condition-based monitoring.
8. Familiar with Microsoft office products, Excel, Words, MS Project.
