Responsibility: Utilize reliability tools PM, CM (Vibration, Ultrasonic detector, oil analysis detector) to effective determine machine integrity To maintain a good quality assurance for machinery repair and overhaul work To perform root cause analysis failure studies to determine source and nature of failure To coordinates with OEM on relevant maintenance activities and to determine the criteria on acceptance tests Support machine components & system retrofits and modifications Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in petrochemical / refinery plant Well versed on static equipment repair, mainly heat exchangers, pressure vessel, storage tank, filters, tower. Must have knowledge on ASME VIII. Must be able to provide repair recommendation quickly with very less supervision. Must be able to manage projects with less supervision. Good communication, ITS skills MS Office, Reporting Well versed on corrosions on piping and equipment. (API 570, API 571 and API 574). Well versed on Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI). Well knowledge on welding methods and procedures (ASME IX). Must be able to review WPS, PQR and WQT. Familiar with Malaysian Regulatory Law (DOSH), Special Scheme Inspection (SSI) (at least 1 Submission), Turaround (at least 1 Turnaround)
