Short-Term Employment Programme (MySTEP) is a Government initiative focusing to reduce unemployment, generating new job creation and aiding full economic recovery against the backdrop of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the country.

In line with the implementation of MySTEP, Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd (MRL) is hiring aspiring Malaysians to join the construction of the 665-km East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) mega project via MySTEP programme. Participants of the programme are set to gain new working experience in railway construction industry as they will be trained and mentored by industry leaders and experts in their respective fields.
Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd (MRLSB) is an entity of the Minister of Finance Incorporated (MOF Inc) of Malaysia to administer the implementation of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL).

MRLSB is the owner of ECRL Project - an electrified railway project by the Government of Malaysia linking the East coast states (Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang) to Greater Klang Valley region
