• Development of marketing materials & graphics for all online and digital platforms (Instagram / Facebook / Website etc).
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve the quality of visual artwork across channels from concept strategies to online marketing campaigns as well as concept ideas to print and offline advertising.
• Works related to online and offline design, graphics for advertisements, news flash, brochures, brochures, catalogue design, interior photos, banners etc.
• Flexible design, good aesthetic sense is the advantage.
• Create and develop innovative concepts & ideas for visual marketing
• Follow the latest developments on current market design trends.
• Able to manage various projects to reach set deadlines.
• Compose illustrations, photos, images for marketing purposes.
• Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology, moving graphics and design production.
• Development and production of concepts & Creatives including posters, pamphlets, bunting etc-this involves designing, writing, reading proofs and communicating with members from other units.
• To provide visuals for the company’s E-Commerce and social media platforms from time to time.
• To provide visual updates to website management.
• To create a corporate brand identity in all printed materials.
• To assist all units in organizing and coordinating promotional activities and branding events.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to understand the needs & implement a given design project from concept to production.
• Perform all tasks and activities as required with a positive and professional attitude.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as directed by Management from time to time.

Projek perumahan yang akan datang adalah Taman Bourgainvillea Idaman mempunyai 3 fasa iaitu pembangunan rumah dan pembangunan komersial.

Antara projek yang disiapkan oleh Geomaju adalah Taman Seruling Jaya yang teletak di Sungai Baru Hilir Mukim, Daerah Alor Gajah, Melaka dengan jumlah gross development value (GDV) sebanyak RM51juta.

Geomaju juga telah siap projek pembangunan perumahan pada Lot 1679, Lot 1677 & Lot 1683 yang meliputi 15 ekar yang dipanggil sebagai " Taman Kiambang Indah 1 dan 2 "yang terletak di Mukim Ampangan, Daerah Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Pembangunan ini dibahagikan kepada 2 fasa.

Selain itu, Geomaju telah siapkan projek Taman Seri Kiambang Fasa 1 dengan sijil kecergasan (CCC) & (GDV) bernilai RM23 juta manakala Taman Seri Kiambang Fasa 2 pula adalah projek yang sedang dijalankan.
