Processing

Process and settle major claims within agreed TAT (turn around time) and in compliance with procedure and guidelines

Pending Management – Review pending cases that have been more than 3 months
Productivity

Meet claims productivity and benchmark within authority limit, with high expectations and accuracy
Enquiry

Attend enquiries/emails promptly and meet the satisfactory level
Other Functions
-
Suspense Management – Ensure suspense cases are cleared within 5 working days from notification

Assist Team Leader/HOD from time to time
