Job Description

Exciting opportunity to work with diverse worldwide engineering team to develop state-of-the-art Keysight Signal Analyzer, Signal Generator and EMI Receiver products. These products are used in latest 5G electronic communications as well as in RF, Microwave and Millimeter wave test and measurements.
Improves products, processes, and components through test engineering to meet project objectives. Participates actively in new product introduction, including influencing the design of the product to ensure manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain, enabling prototyping while in the R&D lab, testing the reliability of prototypes and managing the transition into production. Supports and implements the transition of products and manufacturing processes from prototype to full production and through the entire life cycle of the product. May work with suppliers to ensure achievement of goals for cost, quality and delivery of parts and materials.

Key accountabilities:
. Software and Test development, verification and validation.
. New test and measurement algorithm development.
. Product, firmware and software qualification.
. New test station design and development using electronic test and measurement equipment such as Signal Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Power Meter, Power Sensor, Digital Multimeter and others.
. Setup NPI and production process flow.
. Maintain and support Manufacturing Execution System.
. Database Setup and Management.
. Works on manufacturing engineering assignments with clearly defined objectives.
. Solves technical problems related to product firmware and software as well as test codes, test stations and test infrastructure.

Job Qualifications

. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer / Software Engineering.
. Possess experience in developing test and measurement of electronic products to meet product performance specifications.
. Highly competent in programming skills using C++ and/or C#.
. Competency in other programming and scripting languages as well as web development will be added advantage.
. Possess good leadership skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, as well as good teamworking skills.
. Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
. Passionate in discovering new engineering problems and producing creative and innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
. Background in RF and Microwave engineering will be added advantage.
. Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
