Your Job
DEPCOM Power is looking for a temporary Office Manager in the Scottsdale, AZ office. This role will be on-site from 8AM-5PM Arizona time Monday-Friday.

At DEPCOM Power, we design, build and operate some of the largest and most efficient solar plants for leading utility companies and asset owners. As a Koch Company, we implement Principle Based Management to continue driving innovation, hold our team to the highest standard and streamline our overall processes to ensure project success for each of our clients.

What You Will Do

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
• Lead and assist with planning office and corporate events including but not limited to office lunches, holiday celebrations, Waste Management Open events, etc.
• Update and maintain PowerPoint presentations used for company-wide meeting
• Manage the company store with new items working with our third party vendor handling inventory, shipments and website
• Organize office layout, ordering stationery and equipment as needed
• Support HR with onboarding tasks including but not limited to setting up new hire desks and ordering business cards
• Support the marketing team with internal communications and updating marketing material quarterly
• Maintain office conditions and schedule repairs with third party vendors when necessary
• Coordinate flight, travel and expense reports for upper management as needed
• Direct voicemail and incoming mail to the appropriate party
• Prepare and schedule shipments for various departments working with UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in the Scottsdale office Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM
