Job Responsibilities:

Initiates thorough Inspection of the mentioned items by disassembling them to find areas of wear or potential failure. Communicates well verbally and in written form by speaking with service writers, inside sales staff, and outside sales personnel in regards to incoming and outgoing inspections and repaired products. Formulates written inspection reports detailing areas of wear or failure in order for service writers to locate and quote parts for the customers. Provides additional support for the warehouse staff as needed.

Inside Service Technician Job Duties:

· Inspects and repairs electric chain and air hoists.

· Develops inspection reports by inspecting, disassembling, and reassembling
customer's products

· Provides service writer’s symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as
repairs and services required, allowing service writers the needed information to
quote the customer.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & trainings

· Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new
and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job
accomplishments.

· Forklift trained in order to help support warehouse duties

· Common knowledge of customer base in order to support order delivery

Work Environment

• The majority of working hours are spent in the Service Inspection Repair Department
• Standard 40-hour workweek applies.
• Proper safety and protective equipment should be worn as needed, safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
