Job description

• Provide support for General Affairs of own outlets and business survey
• Provide support for Own Outlet Cleanliness, Cleaners and Cleaners payroll. Perform Outlet survey on cleanliness and provide outlet rating to gauge the outlet ranking. Assist to conduct operations training on upkeep of cleanliness to Person-In-Charge (PIC), Cleaners and Franchisees
• Provide support and in charge for Careline division and agents on their daily performance.
• Perform authorisation for Careline refund through CIMB whenever there is report Submitted for approval and to ensure the amount refunded reconciles Bank Statement and to submit entire reconciled refund listing to Accounts department before 7th of each month;
• Monitoring of Fire Extinguisher on License expiry and renewal and license application for new outlets including of HQ and Production fire extinguishers Licenses as well.
• Perform application and renewal of Gas Licenses for Own Outlets and Franchisees outlets.
• Assist Operation Manager in Own Outlet monitoring as and when required
• And any other ad hoc duties as required by HOD.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
