About Operation Trainee (Production)

• This is a 1 year trainee program designed for talent to learn and gain experience in production function as well as all other functions. i.e. Engineering, Warehouse, QA & etc.
• The trainee will learn under the guidance of experienced mentor (Line Supervisor).
• Permanent role will be offered to trainee who have successfully graduated from trainee program.

What an Operation Trainee (Production) will learn?

• Understand the processing process flow: Material preparation, mixing, cooking, and storage.
• Identify the limitations, concerns, area of improvements of each steps and propose for improvement plan.
• Draw 3D production piping layout to identify the location of gasket, size and material.

• Understand whole list of raw material, characteristic, usage, storage, shelf life and etc. To develop training material for training purpose.

• Understand the quality system and apply on work.
• Learn the document and record with the purpose of compliance to quality system requirements.

• Learn the hygiene and GMP standard of food plant to assure compliance to quality system.

Requirement:

• Diploma from Polytechnic Eg: Diploma in factory operation or Engineering.
• Excellent education results.
• Demonstrate high interest to learn new knowledge and develop self into team leader.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work overtime & shift (morning & night shift)
• Willing to work in warm factory environment.
