Job Responsibilities

• Make sure every employees and visitors comply to COVID-19 SOP at all the times
• Make sure the visitor’s security management procedure compliance at all the times
• Prepare list and conduct inhouse biweekly RTK Antigen tests
• Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements (OSHA, DOE, MBI, JKR PDRM, JTK, MITI Internal security procedure, MKN & etc)
• Following safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
• Making sure that equipment is working properly, inspecting machinery for defects, and ordering repairs as needed
• Providing first aid inhouse emergencies treatment and monitoring the condition of ill workers until medical help arrives
• Observing work areas for unsafe conditions & unsafe act and taking appropriate immediate action to correct the issue
• Maintaining a safe work environment by following safety procedures, rules, regulations at all the times
• Educating employees about safety rules and regulations, equipment usage, and accident prevention techniques
• Preparing workers for emergencies by conducting fire drills and evacuation training
• Conducting accidents, injuries, and near miss investigation and maintaining record
• Training new workers in safety procedures and performing routine inspections to ensure compliance at all the times
• Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety and environmental issues
• Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises
• Follow up with the HOD’s to close the open points
• Maintaining and follow up with the department SWPs & HIRARC compliances
• To ensure all the documents are well control and documented
• Others tasks assigned by superior from time to time when needed
