Wavelet Solutions Sdn Bhd has an opening for a Personal Assistant to the CEO with a background in sales and marketing. This position would primarily be responsible for maintaining, scheduling, coordinating all meetings for the CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, scheduling and coordinating all meetings/appointments closely
- Dealing with general correspondence with external parties
- Assisting the CEO to follow up with potential customers queries
- Follow through issues with other departments to ensure successful implementation
- Process and evaluate all project documents and ensure compliance to all contract requirements
- Assisting CEO on ad-hoc basis
- Assisting CEO with household and personal business
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be able to communicate in English & Mandarin
- IT literate, with at least advance skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently, highly responsibly and also be a team player
- Able to plan ahead and follow through
- Willing to work overtime and on weekends;
- Candidates who have accounting background will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Candidate needs to own a functioning laptop
