H-I-S Paint is seeking a Sales Associate to work in our Retail Paint Store. We offer competitive wages, health, life & disability insurance benefits, 401K and chance to be a member of Oklahoma’s largest paint manufacturing team.

This position is responsible for supporting H-I-S sales activities, servicing professional and commercial contractors and retail customers. The associate will assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and communicating appropriate products for each project. This involves ensuring that sales transactions are completed accurately, while maintaining and producing accurate formulas, plus tinting and mixing paints/coatings to customer specifications, and pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.

The associate will contribute by stocking shelves, setting displays, cleaning store, maintenance/calibration of equipment and stocking product in the warehouse. This position will also assist customers in making deliveries (when necessary) and sourcing products to support store sales.

Pay is $14 – 15 per hour DOE

Driver’s license with good driving record required; Must be able to pass a drug screening
