Vance Brothers is a prominent asphalt manufacturing and contracting company delivering quality products. This position is part-time seasonal position based out of our Tulsa, OK location.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30AM-12:00PM an average of 20-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assure customer satisfaction representing Vance Brothers with integrity and professionalism.
• Process customer orders, changes and returns per established department policies and procedures.
• Be responsible for loading of customer purchases, product weighing up to 80lbs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and show room.
• Maintain a good attendance and punctuality record.
• Operate the facility in a manner that will ensure products sold are in specification.
• Observe the operation of the facility and help maintain it.
• Perform these and other duties as directed.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Perform moderately difficult mathematical calculations.
• Must be self-motivated with good organizational skills.
• Must have outstanding customer service skills (both written and verbal).
• Must be able to follow written as well as verbal instructions.
• The ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be reliable and able to perform job with minimal supervision.
• Successful completion and renewal of all assigned company safety courses as prescribed by the Plant Engineer and Safety Director.
