Account

1. To monitor and analyse monthly utilities bills (electricity, water & telephone) to ensure the efficiency of the utilities.

2. To monitor the validity of the Company registration vehicle and licenses are renew in timely manner in order to comply with statutory requirement.

3. To manage and monitor all office supplies ordering and usage including stationary, printings, cleaning tools and consumable effectively. To ensure the expenses is within the budget.

4. To monitor and ensure the accuracy the accounting task (such as petty cash disbursements and reimbursement, issuance of cheques) and the timely monthly closing of the accounts and preparation of relevant reports.

5. To prepare payments to vendors and claim (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts and cheques)

6. To ensure the maintenance of general documentation and filing system and practices for easy retrieval and references.

7. Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

8. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

9. Coordinate and complete annual audits

10. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

11. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

12. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

13. To undertake any other ad hoc duties/task/projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.

Payroll

1. Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets for office staff

2. Calculate bonuses and allowances

3. Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software

4. Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees

5. Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)

6. Preparation of monthly payroll report to Management

7. Submission of form E on yearly basic

8. Able to complete of full set payroll Ensure all salary credit into the workers personal bank account within 7 days after payroll cutoff. Schedule bank payment to EPF, SOCSO, EIS & HRDC

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
