Support production planning activities in the business.
Acknowledge all SOs for direct customers created by CR with 0 error and ascertain subsequent month production target before 30th of every month.
Liaise with purchase department to order process consumables. Ensure orders are planned in line with the process consumables (ink, carton, masterbatch, knife, labels etc) delivery lead times in order to avoid disruption in production.
Identify list of key consumables with higher lead times and ensure stock status is reviewed on weekly basis.
Change order plans are given to all related departments at least 24 hours before targeted start up.
Maintain machine loading dashboard to have clarity of at least next 3 orders of every extruders at all times.
Provide CRD dates to CR department for all direct customers within 24 hours.
In Case of revision of CRD, CR department to be notified at least 7 working days in advance.
In case of order cancelation, notify CR department of Finished Goods Stock and consumable stock of related SKU so that value of the same can be billed to customer.
Press return ink be monitored in liaison with extrusion and after approval from QA assign to orders.
With reference to continuous improvement policy of the business, initiate projects to maximize use of resources, reduce energy consumption & prolong life of process consumables.
