Position Summary:
Support plans to optimize manufacturing resources to meet Customers' requirements with key focus on meeting Lumileds Order Fulfillment goals and / or delivery commitments in finished products or dice.
What You Will Do:

• Execute STP plans into weekly build plans.
• Develop build plans, taking into consideration unique capacity requirements.
• Communicate build plans, shipment schedules and priorities to manufacturing teams.
• Acknowledge orders in JDE per lead-time and/or customer request date.
• Responsible for order management and communicate to Customer Service Representative on customer enquiry.
• Responsible for Product line inventory turns and manage excess and obsolesces.
• Manage sample fulfillment to customer.
• Monitor builds and aging work orders and escalate to Production Managers if necessary.
• Manage build plans carefully, to avoid inventory exposure.
• Responsible for on time delivery to customers.

Education (Minimum Level)

• Bachelor's

Field of Study

• Business Administration/Economic/ Mathematics

Years of Experience (Minimum)

• 0 - 3 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working experience in Production Planning/Materials Planning or its related preferably in Semiconductor/ Electronic industry from MNC companies.
• Familiar with MRP/ERP system.
• Possess strong MS Office as well as analytical ability.
• Familiar with Inventory Management plans and strategies.
• Strong leadership with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, detailed execution, and have high team enthusiasm.
• Ability to multi task with excellent communication skills as well as matured personality.
