Job description

• Responsible for all aspects of palm kernel oil mill related matters.
• Responsible for production and process management in the Plant.

 To ensure the operation are running smoothly and production target being achieved
and constantly monitored.
 To improve overall efficiency and cost savings for the palm kernel oil mill.

• To plan, schedule and co-ordinate all mill maintenance work.
• To monitor general housekeeping as well as compound cleanliness and upkeep of the mill
• To Supervise and monitor the team of engineer, Mill Office staffs & Production Workers
• To Ensure the projects, maintenance and daily work are completed at the designated time.
• Responsible on the management of health, safety, waste and environment within the Mill.
• Responsible to deal with relevant government bodies and Auditors, ensure the compliance of all relevant laws and regulations.
• Responsible for the management of PKO Industry Standarisation /Certification. Plan and monitor improvement strategies and quality objectives to meet the company Quality Policy
• Responsible for the daily and monthly Management Reports.
• Responsible for any Special Projects as and when assigned by General Manager
• Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned by Managers and /or Directors

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in Palm Oil Mill Industry
• Proven management & supervisory skills
• Able to formulate budgets and work programs, labor management and perform monthly

analysis on the performance of the mill

• Able to work on shifts, weekends and/or working at odd hours
