About the role:

The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of our ABA and speech therapy practice. This includes managing the financial and administrative aspects of the practice, overseeing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The Practice Manager will work closely with the owner and clinical staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial management of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and state licensing requirements
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the practice
• Communicate with clients and families to coordinate care and resolve any issues or concerns
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the practice
• Attend meetings and events to represent the practice and build relationships with referral sources and community partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in practice management or a related field
• Knowledge of ABA and speech therapy best practices and regulations a plus but not required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software
