How You'll Make a Difference:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Health Technology Product to join our team. The Manager of Health Technology Product will oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions in support of health tech initiatives and projects throughout the organization. Ideal candidates will have experience working in the healthcare/managed care industry, as well as have a passion for improving healthcare, contributing to the digital health marketplace, and/or harnessing new technology to positively impact our evolving industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the product development process from ideation to launch, including product design, development, testing, and release
• Defines product features and requirements, including integration with other healthcare technology and services
• Monitors latest trends, innovations and competitive landscape in healthcare technology and apply them to our organization
• Communicates activities, statuses, team strategy and visions, issues, and accomplishments to management and department as needed
• Provides leadership on strategy formation and case-making; artifact development (e.g. information architecture, system maps, workflows); concept design, and prototyping
• Demonstrates ability to successfully execute projects that range from ambiguous, complex and broad, to well-defined, focused and deep
• Engages with Subject Matter Experts for in-depth evaluation (clinical, business, design, etc.)
• Builds buy-in for the product from both external and internal stakeholders

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree, MA, MBA, MHA, or MS preferred, experience with Salesforce a plus
• 3+ years professional experience in health care IT, managed cared and post-acute care segment
• 3+ years professional experience in design, product and/or development and possess an understanding of and experience with commercial software, developing web products and technologies
  
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong design thinking and product abilities
• Shows working knowledge across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, design, and market research but also exhibits depth in a relevant discipline
• Demonstrates fluency with agile/lean methods
