Your Job Responsibilities :

-Complete all job orders on time and within the man-day budget.
-Deliver top quality product to satisfy customers’ requirement and specifications.
-To complete and deliver top quality products at the lowest cost, with minimum wastage of materials and labour.
-To be responsible and ensure that the production operation and project installation are efficient,productive and profitable such as to achieve top quality product at the lowest cost and at the same time meet delivery schedule.
-Prepare production planning and cost procedures, production job schedule and implement them with close follow up and ensure on-time completion.
-To prepare daily progress report on fabrication and production.
-To improve production methods, raise productivity, reduce and eliminate scrap and wastage, improve housekeeping.
-Study fabrication drawings, simplify production methods and process and modify designs.
-To improve and upgrade quality of fabrication, welding, dimension tolerance, surface finish quality so that all products leaving the factory are of the highest quality and well accepted by clients.
-Carry out proper preventive and breakdown, maintenance of all machinery.
-To implement and execute ISO9001 procedures and program.
-To conduct training, both theoretical and on-the-job, for all production and project workers, to improve their skill, productivity and up-grade quality.
-To be responsible for the overall maintenance and operation functions of all production machinery and equipment.
-To submit daily full production report.
-To ensure production volume and productivity rate are achieved.
-To ensure safety in workplace with strict execution, zero injury and zero accident.
-To follow and practice all Guidelines, Ethics, Code of Conducts & Best Practices of the Company.
-To achieve the set KPI targets individually and for the whole Team, Department or Division.
-To undertake any other general management, administrative function as and when assigned to you from time to time by the Superiors or Management.

Qualifications Required:
-Degree/Diploma in Mechanical,Environmental or Mechatronic Engineering.

Work Experience Required:
-2 ~ 5 years industrial work experience in handling and managing industrial projects related to air handling, industrial equipment and machinery for the manufacturing and process industries.
-Good track record of success in planning, executing & controlling industrial projects and achieve set targets of on time completion, cost budgets and quality equipment & service.
-Have good experience in co-ordinating and liaison with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and attend site meetings to resolve site problems & issues.
-Able to work under pressure and work independently
.-Able to work in Nilai 6days a week(Mon to Sat 8am-5pm)
-Good leadership qualities, good technical skills & fast learner
-Good communication in English

-Must be able to travel outstation and physically fit
-Able to work independently and strong self-discipline.

-Knowledge in English, Malay and Mandarin languages will be added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

All the customers are required to wear mask,common surfaces are sanitized regularly,vaccination requirements,enter the factory with rtk results or self test kit results,etc.
