Key Responsibilities:
1. Determine the best use of resources
- To responsible to determine the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, equipment, and labor to meet production goals.
- Assist to set a budget, assign job duties, determine the equipment and supplies required, and build a production schedule according to the plan.
- Hires and trains the workforce to meet production goals.
- To manage and motivate the staff to ensure they are meeting performance and safety requirements.
- To prepare production reports and recordings for analysis needs.
2. Oversee production progress and schedule plan
- To monitor the progress of the production schedule and within the processing budget.
- To meet regularly with production teams and managers to analyze any problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality, and timely delivery of products.
3. Identify problems and improve processes
- To investigate problems, analyze root causes, and define solutions.
- To develop new and cost-effective ways to improve quality and productivity.
- To develop new ways of manufacturing, improving existing manufacturing processes, providing additional training, or adopting better manufacturing processes.

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
