Client Background: Manufacturer of cross-linked Polyolefin (PO) foams
Industry: Manufacturing
Location:Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor
Headcount: 1
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: Basic Salary
Responsibilities:
.Monitor on staffs disciplinary and insure instructions are complied
.Train and educate staffs om new tasks and new implementations
.Prepare manpower schedule and liaise closely with planning to meet the production schedule.
.Monitor machine condition and communicate with Maintenance Department if have machine breakdown issues or any machine improvement suggestion.
.Monitor, analyze and improve the production yield and productivity to achieve company objectives.
.Implement time study for existing or new product.
.Participate in capability review and process trial.
.Participate in production trial and trouble shoot.
.Compile production related report.
.Suggest ideas for continual improvement by analyzing collected data.
.Inform superior if come across unusual order / production condition.
.Ensure subordinate and/or production personnel carry out assigned job / schedule correctly.
.Ensure effective communication within production team and inter-department.
.Lead by good example.
.Inspire and motivate subordinate towards company objectives / goals.
.Ensure department QMS documents are up to date and properly filed.
.Prepare and control Process Setting Record.
Requirements:
.Diploma in Chemical and Material Engineering, Electrical Engineering, General Engineering and Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing and Production, Quality Control.
.Able to work in full-time and shift rotation.
.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
