The Job- Responsible to do CNC programming for laser & turret machine.
- Planning machine activities according to production master planning.
- Study drawing for programming.
- Maintain all related machineries.
- Ensure all machines & workstations under supervision to plan accordingly to master production schedule.
- Responsible for all related production record & report, submit to production supervisor accordingly.
- Ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with company standard.
- Supervise & control all related production job according to project / customer.
- Ensure related documents; drawings, work instruction & report are in place at each operator workstation.
- Liaise on quality problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrent.
- To report process malfunction to the Engineer or Supervisor to resolve the problem.
- Complies with working rules and procedures.
- Candidate must male and possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, STPM or Certificate in Production Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sheet metal & steel structure fabrication processes.
- Able to perform under challenges and work long hours with minimum supervision.
- Skill(s): CAD Cam programming for AP100 software or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good supervisory skills with leadership ability.
- Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens who are able to start work immediately.
- Willing to work at Nilai and 6 days’ work.
