RESPONSIBILITIES

• To focus on the overall management of Production. In charge of production KPI, plan, budget, and execution.
• Ensure On-Time Delivery and deliver excellent can quality to customers.
• Continuously improve manufacturing efficiencies, and productivity.
• Develop and promote the flow in both manufacturing and administrative processes to eliminate waste. Eliminate 7 wastes and adopt LEAN Manufacturing practices, significantly reducing spoilage can.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering, Machinery, Electrical, Automation, Material Science, IE, etc.,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Assembly (Mechanical and Electrical) as Production Manager especially in Cans Manufacturing firm.
• Proven working experience in managing a minimum of 60 staff, over 2 shifts.
• Computer literature (MS Office 2007, MS Project 2007)
• Excellent verbal & written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (In order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates)
• Ability to withstand pressure and work in a tight schedule, fast-paced and changing environment.
• Knowledge of 5S, 6 Sigma, Lean Practice, ISO 9001, OEE Management, ERP, SPC, and OA system will be added advantage.
• Self-motivated, Proactive, Integrity, Confidence, Target, and Process Oriented.
• Excellent leadership quality, a strong spirit of teamwork, and initiative. Strong interpersonal communication skills and positive interaction with cross-function team members.
• We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures.
• We are open to accepting a candidate with fewer years of working experience but a dynamic personality, passion for work, strong emotional intelligence, and a good performance track record.
