Job description

1. To lead and oversee the production operation to achieve the company direction and targets

2. To develop, implement and improve the production output / capacity based on the budget and target requirements

3. To meet the production cost budget by operating the plant effective and efficiently

4. Manages plant operations with overall responsibilities for production maintenance quality and other production-related activities

5. Responsible for production of quality products conforming to both quality system and statutory requirement

6. Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner

7. To reduce process defect and downtime

8. To manage and control the production staff, motivate them and to spot potential succession plan for respective positions

9. To schedule production planning set objectives and ensure to achieve the lowest manufacturing cost and shortest cycle time as well as maintenance of the plant

10. Planning and monitoring the production manpower requirements

11. Supervising and enforcing good discipline and working attitude to achieve consistency in quality of work

12. Developing and implementing cost effective procedures and practices to minimize cost of production without compromising on quality and productivity

13. Responsible for issuing Monthly Master Production Plan based on customer orders received by planning teams

14. Lead a group of production supervisors and technical staff to achieve product targets

15. Continuously improvement of production yield scrap rate throughput time and customer complaints

16. Any tasks assigned by superior from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
