Job Responsibilities:

• Plan & coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
• Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
• Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
• Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
• Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
• Analyze short term constraints establishing recommendations for resolution.
• Supervise production activities to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
• Cultivate and manage effective communications and working relationships cross-functionally.
• Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
• Support and assist top level management by providing critical commercial advices for decision makings.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field is preferred.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
• Min 2 years working experience, candidate with experience in production planning will be an added advantage
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel is required.
• High sense of urgency and agility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
