Clerk needed for a long term position in Alvin TX. This person is responsible for clerical tasks, data entry, and monitoring to support the EC and utilities functions in the ECU Unit. This position will allow you to join a wonderful team and make an immediate impact on the organization as a whole.

responsibilities:

• Order all Distribution Office Supplies Such as: Pens/pencils, notepads/post it notes, toners for printers, labeling tape, zebra printer supplies, etc.
• Also order all electronic equipment & IT needs
• Ensure all activities performed are done so in a safe, responsible, and environmentally sound manner in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and operating permits.
• Waste Manifest data input and filing; Maintain and update Waste Manifest Database & Complete annual waste summary.
• Ensure the unit compliance sample calendar and the storm water monitoring calendar are updated and posted in a timely manner & Monitor calendars for performance.
• Monitor/audit ECU lab sample log for compliance.
