We are seeking a Program Planner to prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to fully support all East & West Coast PLSSS objectives and provide support as needed to Titusville LM office.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:

• Ensure major projects, program schedules and plans are fully integrated with functional groups including operations, program support, ESH, and quality.
• Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path.
• Accomplish planning and integration of all Payload Processing Facility activities, O&M and program processing activities.
• Develop and publish multiple levels of schedules, eg three year long range planning schedule, 1 year near term schedule, and daily operations and maintenance schedule.
• Identify and support resolution of conflicts, resource conflicts, schedule conflicts, etc. maintain "As Run" schedules specific to Mission processing.
• Develop and Maintain planning mission schedules for assigned Missions, ie develop "Horseblanket schedule".
• Support conduct of daily scheduling meeting/s along with daily planning meeting/s. Must have MAXIMO experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent. Experience/combined education.
• US Citizen eligible for US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both technical and non-technical in nature.
• Planning and scheduling experience desired with maintenance focus
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience with MAXIMO
• Communicate well in a team environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
