Company Background
We representing our client a company based in German MNC specializes in developing, manufacturing and provide production support of high technology automation systems for the semiconductor backend and carrier tape industries.

Benefits:

• Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Car Allowance provided (fixed)
• Contractual Bonus

Main Responsibilities

• Focus on meeting project commitment, including communications with internal / external customers
• Define and structure of projects to achieve target in terms of delivery time, quality, cost and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements
• Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts between projects or functional areas
• Develop methods to monitor project or area of progress
• Provide corrective supervision if necessary
• Responsible for other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• Open for Engineering fresh graduate.
• Profound technical education with knowledge of business management
• Ability to organize and handle projects within prescribed time frame
• Knowledge in QMS (quality management system)
• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin language due to require to liaise with China customer.
