Responsibilities
- Establish a proper understanding of the client's insurance products and service lines.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential prospects through calls, emails, linkedIn navigator & scheduling meetings between prospect and client.
- Track activities and report to the Sales Manager on sales results utilizing the CRM.
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate service lines.
- You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Fluent level of market language Mandarin required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, and Management is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge in Insurance (Commercial/Life)
- Very good knowledge of telemarketing / telesales
- Outbound experience / sales experience
- Identification of new sales chances
- Very good self-organization
- High social competency, team worker
- Authenticity and self-confidence
- More than 1 year of working experience as a Telesales/Telemarketing/Insurance Broker
- Proactive, self-starter, able to communicate.
- A team-builder and resourceful problem-solver.
