Job description

1. Identify, develop, and implement pultrusion equipment, tooling, matrix design and processing related to existing and new products

2. Support and improve current pultrusion and related manufacturing processes

3. Identify, approve, and implement materials related to composite products based on new composite production technology

4. Set up and operate the pultrusion machine and take lead to maintain process and equipment

5. Being a part of the resin blending and mixing process

6. Generate and implement cost reduction ideas

7. Development, documentation and review of all technical product and marketing material for our composite (FRP) system.

8. Coordinate quality complaints, implement quick fixes and long-term improvement for the FRP product portfolio in collaboration with fabrication manager and quality manager

9. Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements for FRP products.

10. Provide technical support and training to direct labor employees

11. Conduct interviews hire and train new FRP production worker.

12. Deliver FRP products consistently, on time, and on budget.

13. Take initiative to learn other part of the production process and improve where possible.
