Job description

Quality Control:

1. To inspect and be responsible for the quality of all incoming raw materials, in production, and finished goods within the specification.

2. To inspect and be responsible for incoming packaging material received from supplier to be tally with the specification.

3. To monitor the chemicals stock for Lab usage and to purchase in advance if the chemicals are in low stock.

4. To ensure all documents and lab test reports in a timely and accurate manner for commodities.

5. Monitor all testing equipment and chemical to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and storage.

6. Manage and organize all the product samples accordingly.

Quality Assurance

7. Handling any matter related to Halal Assurance Management System (HAS)

8. Documents Controller for HACCP / ISO 22000 / HALAL.

9. To ensure compliance of the HACCP / ISO22000 system according to standard.

10. To ensure the HACCP/ISO22000 system is effective, ongoing, suitable, and valid.

11. To be in charge of waste management, hygiene, pest, chemical control, and quality control.

12. Control of non-conformity, customer complaint, product recall & contingency plan.

13. Assist Sales & Marketing in R&D when the opportunity arises.

Production

14. Monitoring and in-charge of machinery and equipment calibration in Lab & Production

15. To be in charge of the cleanliness and safety of Lab & production equipment/area.

16. Check and update daily tank level and production plan and current activities.

17. Meeting with workers for the daily production schedule.

18. Monitoring and responsible for the blending ratio calculation to match with the specification and quality.

19. Arranging for the container request, delivery and haul out containers. Update container out report.

20. Preparing, monitoring and verifying of stuffing sheet and progress. Update stuffing summary.

21. Liaise with 3rd party inspection body such as Phytosanitary, Health, Halal, SGS, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
