Job description

• Responsible for all field inspections and coordination of inspection activities to ensure the quality level
• Ensure that the QC inspector work proceeds in accordance with project quality plan, control procedures and inspection procedures.
• To monitor QC inspectors while performing incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection ·
• To lead QC inspectors and ensure all products meet customers' requirements ·
• Develop strategies to evaluate precision and accuracy of analytical equipment, tests & measurements and production equipment.
• Ensure that the manufactured products meet the standards and requirements of customers.
• Testing systems and procedures to ensure they meet technical standards and creating quality and safety documentation.
• Avoid defective products, minimize risks, ensure dimensional accuracy and quality, save resources, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain CMM machines to include probe qualifications, calibration and regular cleaning.
• Train staff, technicians and professionals on the aspects of quality control activities.
• Additional task instructed by Superior/ HOD.
• Correspondence with customer on follow up and resolve customer issue regarding the root cause of quality problems.
• Requirements Minimum qualification Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
• 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, CNC Industry is a plus.
• Good communication skills, leadership & a team player with good ability working with other people.
• Good analytical skills, able to see problems & recommend sound solutions. Ability to read & comply with departmental procedures, processes and work instructions.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
