Job description

• Formulate and optimize various quality-related inspection standards and documents; especially the preparation of product PPAP quality control related documents (MSA, PPK, CP, SIP);
• Preparation of other quality documents required by customers before trial production or mass production;
• Guide the quality improvement of suppliers, analyze and improve bad raw materials;
• Responsible for solving the quality problems in the production process, dealing with abnormal quality and quality improvement;
• Follow up the quality of products, deal with customer complaints and provide solutions;
• Responsible for the review process, quality problems reported by other departments, analyze the feedback problems, take corrective and preventive measures, and Keep track of;
• Responsible for organizing and implementing the job skills training plan for subordinate employees, and continuously improving the job skills of employees;
• Identification and transmission of customer drawing requirements for new models;
• Review and organize customer monthly reports;
• In the early start-up stage of the factory, inspection and confirmation of materials/processes/finished products;
• Perform the relevant responsibilities specified in the quality management system documents;
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders (including China)

Requirement:

• College degree or above, science and engineering majors are preferred;

With factory quality engineering or quality management, 2 Years of work experience;

• More than one year working experience in electronic products or auto parts or magnetic device manufacturing enterprises is preferred;
• Have good analysis and judgment ability, problem-solving ability, strong logical thinking ability, quick thinking, able to do things, good at communication, team spirit, able to bear pressure;
• Understand or use the five tools of quality (SPC,MSA, FMEA PPAP, APQP);
• Familiar ISO9001,learn IATF 16949 priority;
• Good English reading, writing and communication skills, Cantonese or Chinese is preferred;
• Diligent work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
